A: We offer extended support for software we sell, premium support for any other software, IT support for any other issue like networking as well as consultations for IT or software development.
Q: What are your working times?
A: Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 10 PM.
Q: Do you offer remote help with computers?
A: Yes. That is our IT support service.
Q: Do you offer monthly support plans?
A: Currently we don't offer this as we aren't a MSP.
